Chamkoria Chalets - Construction Update

Chamkoria chalets & apartments are looking great as we move closer to completion of construction.

The external finish of the buildings is wonderful with the natural stone facade, rough plaster, and woodwork, which is really in keeping with the area.

The internal plastering work has now been completed on several floors of the apartment building and on about half of the chalets. The timber ceilings on the chalets have also been finished. Tiling in the bathrooms has started and the properties are really starting to look amazing.

It is exciting to see the finishing works taking place so make sure you check our website to see the latest photos on our construction updates.

Rila Highway Project

The Director of Asset Finance & Leasing at Deutsche Bank, Dr. Thomas Rueschen, has announced that they intend to provide funding for large infrastructure projects in Bulgaria. Deutsche Bank is participating in the Rila Highway project and Rueschen's department is taking over the management of that.

The Rila Highway is supposed to provide a fast-speed connection between the Bulgarian capital Sofia and the Super Borovets resort so that the distance could be covered in only 40 minutes.
