Highlights of 2008
It has been a very busy and exciting year for Concept Bulgaria and our
clients. If we take a look back over the last number of months quite a lot has
been achieved.
June 2008 - we broke ground and started the excavations for Chamkoria
Chalets.
July 2008 - the base layer foundations started on the apartment
building and the chalets.
August 2008 - the complex water and drainage systems were put in
place in the basement of the apartment building. Chalets 1-6 reached
first floor level.
September 2008 - we reached first floor level on the apartment
building.
October 2008 - the first roof of the complex was completed on chalets
5 & 6. Brick work started on the chalets and the apartments.
November 2008 - the concrete roof construction of the apartment
building was completed. The first phase of plumbing and electrics
takes place in the chalets.
December 2008 - all chalet roofs have been finished. The first phase
of plumbing and electrics gets underway on the apartment building.
Chamkoria Chalets Website
Now that the building work on the Chamkoria Chalets complex is progressing well we are starting
to turn our attention to the future rental marketing of the properties. To help owners to maximize their rental return we plan use a
number of methods to market the complex. The marketing strategy will involve international tour operators, local Bulgarian holiday
companies and also a number of websites to promote the complex.
The new Chamkoria Chalets website has just been launched. It is currently available in draft format in English and Bulgarian. Other languages that are important to the rental market will be added at a later stage. Over the coming months the website will be optimized for internet search engines such as Google. This will ensure that tourists searching for Borovets accommodation can easily find Chamkoria Chalets. Later in the year we will follow up with another portal for booking accommodation. Owners who use our rental management service will be able to advertise their properties on both these websites.
