Spring has arrived and the weather is finally starting to warm up. The builders are now back on site about 10 days. Their main focus has been completing the thermal insulation and also the first phase water and electricity connections.
The thermal insulation has now been completed on the apartment building and they are finishing this on the last few remaining chalets.
The first phase plumbing and electrics have been completed in the chalets and also on most floors in the apartment building. We are also continuing to install the last few windows.
Another team of builders are arriving on site next week to start plastering and this work will continue for several weeks. The roof tiles on the apartment building have been removed temporarily to allow the velux windows to be installed.
